Rocky is an experienced people leader with over 20 years of experience in the editorial and financial data industries. He is certified as an emotional intelligence expert by Genos International, a globally recognized EI assessment and solution provider.

As a senior global site lead in a prestigious global company, he created a program for developing leaders to meet the needs of fast-growing teams. The program, called iLEAD, was huge success, with 56% of the participants being promoted to leadership or senior roles. He even brought the program to the site office in Pakistan, where it enjoyed the same success.

Developing people is one of his passions. One of his joys in life in seeing people blossom into confident and empathetic leaders.

Kitz is a COPC Certified Professional Manager with 15 years of experience in the shared services and BPO industry.  She is currently completing her Cognitive Behavioral Therapy course and will be certified as a Life Coach in 2023. 

With 15 years of experience, she specializes in leading large teams and developing team managers for business process outsourcing solutions, contact center management, vendor management and service delivery in the shared services, education and telecommunications industries.  She is a former senior director handling the student affairs and services group of a large college institution.
